The scope of works included the design and construction of two workshop units of approximate size 30.5m x 24m with a structural steel frame on a concrete pad and strip foundations.
The ground bearing floor slab will be constructed to support a 2.4m x 1.2m grid racking system up to 5.00m in height.
Other works included electrical installations to the workshop units, service connections for electrics, water and telephones, as well as external works for both surface and foul water drainage and Tarmacadam surfaces for car parking and vehicle manoeuvring areas.
