The project involved the construction of a new 6700 m2 industrial steel storage building constructed from a steel frame in reinforced concrete strip foundations with steel reinforced composite roof and wall cladding, sectional panel vehicle access doors, steel personnel Fire Escape doors, concrete floor slab and external works comprising concrete yards and associated roof and surface water drainage complete with interceptor and alarm.
