With an annual turnover in excess of £6m, the division provides the full range of building and maintenance services across a wide spectrum of Clients, including many 'blue-chip' businesses as Croda Universal, Crown Paints, Donaldson Filters, Fenner Dunlop, Howden Kitchens, Kemira Chemicals, Nippon Gohsei and Reckitt Benckiser.
The Public Sector is also well served with long-term partnering agreements with the local NHS Trusts, East Riding of Yorkshire County Council, Hull City Council and University of Hull. We are also the nominated NHBC Remedial Works Contractor for Hull and Yorkshire.
With an average of 1200 schemes per annum and values ranging from the smallest minor responsive maintenance to substantial building schemes of £1m; work is carried out using the skills of the company's own directly employed and trained personnel.
For each client we appoint a dedicated, experienced Contracts Manager, responsible for estimating the work, running projects, and agreeing accounts. The continuity of this single point of contact brings distinct benefits to our customers.
