The proposed works involve the construction of 12 individual units within three structural steel industrial units to form accommodation for the Fruit Market Traders. Units 5 to 12 will include amenity areas, whereas Units 1 to 4 will be left as blank shells. The works include external work for drainage, roadways, footpaths and external lighting columns.
