Phase 1.0
New build Primary School Building to include Classrooms, a Computer Room Library, Meeting Rooms, Staff Room, Administration, Stores, Toilets, together with all associated services and external works. Additionally, a temporary footbridge is to be constructed during the October School Half-Term break, to enable access to the existing Infant School Block during the on-going construction works.
Phase 2.0
Demolition of existing Primary School Junior Block, to take place in School Summer Recess in 2010 and the subsequent new build Kitchen, Hall and Plant Room area. The works covered by this Plan will principally be carried out a “Work Packages” by Sub-Contractors under the direct control of the Site Management Team. All Sub-Contractors will be selected from the Company’s ‘Approved List’ and fully meet the requirements for ‘competency’ as laid down in the CDM 2007 Regulations and Approved Code of Practice.
